EIS Nominations for Players, Coaches and Teams

Soccer Referees and Coaches can nominate players, coaches or teams that have demonstrated Good Sportsmanship in a 2025 regular season OHSAA Central District H.S. Varsity soccer match.
At the conclusion of the soccer season, all registered Central District referees are given the opportunity to select from among the nominees of players, coaches and teams that are the best of the best when it comes to Good Sportsmanship.
​The top vote getting players receive monetary post-secondary educational scholarships. 
The top voting getting players, coaches and teams are honored at the EIS Awards Banquet. 




To nominate an OHSAA Central District H.S. Varsity soccer player, coach or team that has demonstrated Good Sportsmanship in a Fall 2025 regular season match, complete the EIS nomination form and mail or email the completed form to
